Sally Stewart, Human Resource Director Sally manages and directs all aspects of human resources for ILM | Fusion Room, ensuring that the best-of-the-best are hired and retained. She is responsible for ensuring an energetic and vibrant growing culture of involvement and passion for the future of technology. Sally earned her master’s degree in Human Resource Management at Carlson School of Management at University of Minnesota.
Jeff Diercks, Practice Lead
Jeff is one of our two technical experts performing our interviews, code reviews and .Net screenings, ensuring the top talent are placed at ILM. He is a developer, architect and MCPD who has been designing and developing web applications and business systems for over 10 years. He specializes in application architecture and web-oriented technologies on the .net platform, and has a blast doing so. He also leads the twin cities .net User Group and helps to organize the Minnesota Developers Conference annually.

He is a principle level software engineer with over 10 years of experience developing .Net line-of-business and enterprise software. With 6 years as a consultant, he has embraced a career of IT consulting because of its dynamic nature. His specialty is in developing n-Tier solutions with MVC, jQuery, and WCF. He uses cutting-edge development techniques and stays current through a social desire to learn how other developers work through their technical challenges. He is a genuine, empathetic and trustworthy individual possessing tenacity to find and implement IT solutions.
